When buying FROMART cheese from us direct, our cheese is normally taken out of the maturation room the day before we ship it to you! This way we guarantee you perfect maturation and maximum flavour! MINIMUM ORDER 5 kg!
At FROMART we do our best to offer you a high quality cheese product at a fair price. Our cheese is stored in our professional maturation room all year round at 13 degrees and 93 % relative humidity. Before we ship it, we cool the cheese to 4 degrees and then pack and express send it to your door. Cheese orders can be done unless indicated "out of stock".
